Chess Clock

Chess is not only about knowing the game but also about how fast you can play it. PlayE4™ has 3 different types of games: Bullet, Blitz and Active.

Bullet

Most bullet chess games are usually played online. Players have up to 3 minutes per game.
Bullet times are 1'+1", 1'+2", and 2'+1".

Using increments (example); 1 minute + 2 seconds increment, would still count as less than 3 minutes , as it is assumed that it will required 60 moves per game. So that would be a bullet game.

Blitz

Blitz is the most popular chess game. Each player has between three to fifteen minutes.
Blitz times are
1'+3", 1'+4", and 1'+5".
2'+2", 2'+3", 2'+4", and 2'+5".
3'+1", 3'+2", 3'+3", 3'+4", and 3'+5".
4'+1", 4'+2", 4'+3", 4'+4", and 4'+5".
5'+1", 5'+2", 5'+3", 5'+4", and 5'+5".

Active

Active Chess is slower than the two other games. Each player has more than fifteen minutes. In active chess you have more time to think about each move. You can play the Active chess only for fun (and not for real money). To play Active chess you need to choose increment of 20 seconds.
Active times are 1'+20", 2'+20", 3'+20", 4'+20", and 5'+20".
All the times are determined by assuming that you will require 60 moves per game. We multiplied these 60 moves in the increment time and add it to the initial time.

E.g.: 2minute+ 60move*3second=5 minutes –> Bullet.

These clocks count the time that each chess player separately takes for making his own moves.
